01. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Celebrate Vows. By accessing our website (celebratevows.com) and employing our premium digital wedding invitation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not access our website or commission our services.
02. Scope of Services
Celebrate Vows provides premium, bespoke digital wedding invitations and wedding event coordination software, which includes features such as:
- Bespoke structural invitation layouts and themes.
- Digital RSVP tracking dashboards and guest manager interfaces.
- Shared live guest photo upload walls and event galleries.
- VIP QR check-in capabilities for reception management.
- Custom subdomain hosting on the Celebrate Vows domain.
The specific details, limitations, and customization options of your wedding invitation site will correspond to the package chosen (e.g., Starter, Storybook, or Full Experience) as detailed in your project agreement.
03. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise indicated, all structural layouts, designs, custom code, graphics, templates, branding, logos, and features developed by Celebrate Vows are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties. Your package purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to host your custom digital invitation on our subdomains.
Client Content: You retain complete ownership and intellectual property rights over all personal data, custom text, design guidelines, pre-nuptial photography, and videos that you provide to us to customize your site. By sharing this content, you grant Celebrate Vows a limited license to host, display, and process these materials solely to execute your commissioned project.
04. Fees, Deposits, and Payment Terms
Deposit: We require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the selected package price to secure your wedding date on our schedule and begin the initial prototype design phase.
Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due once you have approved the design of the digital invitation and before the website is officially launched for public access by your guests.
Accepted Methods: All payments must be settled in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via GCash, Maya, or direct bank transfer (BDO/BPI) as designated on our official invoice.
05. Client Responsibilities & Asset Submission
To ensure that your digital wedding invitation goes live within our target timeframe (typically 7 to 12 business days), you agree to:
- Submit accurate event details (date, timing, location coordinates, dress code, registry links).
- Provide high-resolution photos and copy that you have the lawful right to use.
- Review drafts and provide consolidated design feedback in a timely manner.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials for accessing your coordinator dashboard.
06. Data Privacy and Guest Management
Both parties agree to uphold strict standards of data privacy in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173):
- Data Processing Role: You agree that you act as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) for all guest names, contact numbers, and dietary preferences collected. Celebrate Vows processes this data strictly as a Personal Information Processor (PIP) to run your guest RSVP dashboard.
- Guest Consent: You represent and warrant that you have obtained appropriate consent from your guests to input, process, and store their details on our digital invitation platform.
- Data Retention: Guest RSVP records and photo upload galleries are stored in our secure database for a maximum duration of three (3) months following your wedding date. After this period, all databases related to your invitation subdomain will be permanently archived or deleted.
07. Service Availability & Hosting Duration
Your bespoke digital invitation site and RSVP dashboard are hosted on our servers for a standard duration starting from the launch date and extending up to three (3) months after your wedding date. Extended hosting options can be requested prior to deletion for an additional maintenance fee.
While we implement reliable hosting infrastructures and target 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to general internet disturbances, server upgrades, or third-party API outages (such as Google Maps or Google reCAPTCHA integrations).
08. Prohibited Content & Use
You agree not to upload, post, or distribute through your custom subdomain any materials that:
- Infringe upon the copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of any third party.
- Are unlawful, defamatory, abusive, offensive, or malicious.
- Contain software viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt our server networks.
- Advertise unrelated commercial services or products (spam).
We reserve the right to suspend your subdomain immediately and without refund if any prohibited content is found or reported on your wedding website.
09. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Celebrate Vows, its owners, and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our digital invitation services. In all events, our total cumulative liability under any agreement or claim shall be strictly limited to the total amount actually paid by you to Celebrate Vows for the commissioned project.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the **Republic of the Philippines**. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to our services shall be filed exclusively in the proper courts of **Mabalacat City, Pampanga, Philippines**, to the exclusion of all other venues.
